Replacing an old wood unit using a Gordon CDO bulkhead on a pressure treated sill with a membrane separating the steel and pressure treated sill.

Half Wood, Half Metal

Normally the choice is metal or wood or polyethylene. In this case we replaced a Bilco B and wood side. Half wood and half metal and new stairs

Before: Old wood unit (mouseover) was leaking and undersized. Covered with shingles by customer.
After: New primed steel unit fits extended foundation and water tight

Custom Wood Door in Cummaquid

Replaced old unit with new custom wood bulkhead with pressure treated frame and tongue-and-groove pine doors and sides. Mouseover to open.
