I personally oversee every aspect of all installations and take great pride in our workmanship, attention to detail and prompt, courteous service. We provide outstanding service, we ANSWER the phone personally, complete lnstallation on a timely basis and abide by old-fashion values (courtesy, respect, honesty and friendliness). Ed is a true professional and was excellent to work with. Easy to work with and follows through. Made the process very easy and answered all the questions we had. Was flexible in timing and cleaned up after. Also spent the time necessary to make sure we understood what needed to be done to care for it and to ensure it lasts a long time.

Dear Ed,
You're a hoot and pleasure to speak with!
I know it hasn't rained yet and the wind hasn't howled, but the Installation job you performed replacing my bulkhead on Wednesday June 16th was just amazing to watch. The care you took to keep my property neat and clean was awesome, let alone how methodical you were in going through the entire removal and replacement process.
Our cedar clapboard siding still looks great and I'm sorry we both lost sleep over it. On a phone call you came out and gave me a quote and when I told you to go ahead and schedule the job, you came out weeks in advance to finish the work without even meeting me or my wife.
You're a gentleman true to your word, I wish there were more people out there in business just like you. It's an honor and a pleasure to have met you and to have done business with you.

Ed returned my first phone inquiry within an hour and we set up a time for him to see what the job would entail. He gave me a price and we set the date for installment. The door was delivered ahead of time as scheduled and Ed arrived right on time and did a great job removing the old door, installing the new one and cleaning up after. Ed is a true gentleman and did a great job. He also recommended a painter to paint the new bulkhead because I didn't know they came in a rust color and then need to be painted.
